Terms and Conditions
By booking a sleepover party and paying the non-refundable £20 deposit you are agreeing to the below terms and conditions.
1. Hiring charges
1.1 No booking or date is held or confirmed without payment of the £20 non-refundable deposit. In the time that you are inquiring but haven't yet paid, this date can be taken by anyone else.
1.2 The full balance is due 7 days before the sleepover date. No sleepover will take place without the full balance being paid upfront.
1.3 The security deposit (£30) will be fully refunded (in the same way as it was paid) at the time of collection, granted all hired items are present and in the same condition that they were left in.
1.4 The price includes free delivery within Leominster, Ludlow and some surrounding areas. Hereford bookings will incur a £4 delivery charge. Delivery charges for other areas will be set upon inquiring and are due with the full balance 7 days before the sleepover.
1.5 The hire period is 1 night however extra nights can be arranged with prior agreement.
1.6 No equipment is to be used outside without permission.
1.7 Fantasy teepee sleepovers will do everything possible to ensure set up and collection take place at the agreed time, although delays may occur due to traffic or road closures.
2.Cancellations
2.1 Rescheduling bookings is subject to availability, however the non refundable deposit of £20 will need to be paid again if rescheduling less than 14 days before the sleepover date. Themes are also subject to availability on the dates that you decide to change to.
2.2 All booking cancellations at any point will result in the £20 non-refundable deposit being lost.
3.Set up
3.1 The hirer must be present at the property at the agreed time of set up and collection the following day.
3.2 The hirer is responsible for providing adequate space for the teepees and ensuring the area has been cleared.
3.3 No refunds will be given in full or in part if the hirer does not provide enough space to set up the agreed number of teepees.
3.4 The hirer must ensure the chosen area has been cleared of furniture prior to arrival and is clean ready for the party to be set up and styled. Fantasy teepee sleepovers is not responsible for moving or removing furniture during set up of the teepees. Waiting fees may be charged should you delay the start time due to not clearing the space/furniture beforehand.
3.5 The hirer is responsible for all equipment within their care during the period of hire.
4. Damages
4.1 Any damage to the equipment will result in loss of the damages deposit either in full or partly. This includes staining to any soft furnishings or teepees.
4.2 If the cost to replace the damaged or missing items is is greater than the security deposit, an additional invoice will be issued for immediate payment. Replacement charges are as follows:
Broken/damaged teepee £50
Stained teepee £25
Broken/missing fairy light £5
Broken/missing bunting/garland £10
Broken/damaged breakfast table £20
Irremovable stains or loss of bedding or blanket £10
Damaged/missing airbed £10
Damaged/missing/stained cushion £10
Damaged/missing lantern £5
Damaged/lost themed extras (e.g. eye mask, wand) £5 each
Damaged/lost lightbox £10
4.3 To avoid accidents, we ask that food and drink are not to be consumed inside the teepees. Any nail varnish applied must be completely dried before using the teepees, and any sort of make up must be removed before getting into bed.
4.4 Smoking is strictly prohibited in and around the teepees as this creates a fire hazard as well as leaving an odour on the equipment. If any smoke odour is found, this will result in loss of the damages deposit.
4.5 We kindly ask that pets are kept well away from the equipment at all times.
5. Safety of children
5.1 Is is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure that children are properly supervised at all times when using the teepees. The hirer is responsible for the safety and care of all children at the party.
5.2 Fantasy teepee sleepovers cannot be held responsible for any injury caused to a child during the party.
5.3 Fantasy teepee sleepovers accept no responsibility to damage to the hirer's home or possessions while hosting a sleepover party.
5.4 It is the hirers responsibility to inform guests of the above terms and conditions.
6. Allergies
6.1 Please advise us in advance if any child has allergies to bedding or particular washing powder so we can discuss the possible options.
6.2 Fantasy teepee sleepovers cannot be held responsible for any allergic reactions to either food (eaten during the party) or bedding.
6.3 We use quality products and follow strict hygiene routines.
